Last weekend I was fortunate enough to photograph Libby and Matt's wedding at Top of the Town in Arlington, VA! I met Libby and Matt almost a year ago, and shot their super cute engagement photos back in October in Old Town, Alexandria. It was great to see them again and finally get to shoot their wedding! Top of the Town is a venue located about a block away from the Iwo Jima Memorial in Rosslyn, and it's in such a great location! We were able to walk down to Iwo Jima for some shots (in the field close by, the memorial itself had lots of swarming tourists!), and we had a great view of the Washington Monument...and you could even see a bit of the Lincoln Memorial and Capital! Once you go to the top of the actual building which is Top of the Town, it's an even more dramatic view of Washington, DC! Mix all of that with a beautiful sunny day, and we got some killer shots!
