I love Kelly and Grant! They are my awesome couple from the wintertime who had their engagement photos taken in Occoquan, VA. They are so fun to be around, and even watched me scarf down a whole plate of cheese fries after our engagement session (I think they ate potato wedges, which looked good too)! If that isn't client-photographer love, I don't know what is! :D Well, Kelly and Grant just got married this July in Quantico, Virginia, and I was so happy to be there to document the event! Kelly and Grant looked amazing on their wedding day, and I was ecstatic that they decided to do a first look before they both got officially hitched. I decided to place them in front of one of their churches stained-glass windows for the first look, and I really think the photos turned out amazing. The church also had this really retro square glass wall that I used after the first look for some other photos, which I thought looked so cool. One of my favorite photos is the second shot you'll see, which is a candid of the two of them in front of the square glass. Isn't that so cool looking?!

The ceremony went off without a hitch, and I love the shots we got outside of the church afterward (mind you, while people were walking by to go to mass!). The reception was at the Clubs at Quantico, which was the perfect venue for the rest of their big party! I loved that their family and friends really enjoyed dancing, it completely shows in the photos. Kelly and Grant love to dance too, and you can see it when they really rocked it out in one of their songs! So funny! Kelly and Grant, I hope you love your photos as much as I do! And just know, anytime you're back in the area and want to get some cheese fries somewhere, I'm all yours! ;) Enjoy!
